Application process
Step 1: Submit application. Complete our supplier application form. Provide:
- Company information and registration details
- Product categories you supply
- Relevant certifications (GMP, ISO, food safety, etc.)
- Experience with cultivated meat or biotech customers
- Website and existing sales channels
Step 2: Review. Our team reviews applications for:
- Product relevance to cultivated meat industry
- Quality standards and certifications
- Manufacturing capabilities and capacity
- Regulatory compliance
- Customer references (if applicable)
Reviews typically take 1 business day.
Step 3: Approval and onboarding. Approved suppliers receive:
- Supplier agreement outlining terms
- Dashboard login credentials
- Onboarding guide for product listings
- Marketing resources and best practices
Step 4: Product upload. Use your supplier dashboard to:
- Add products with specifications
- Set pricing and shipping options
- Upload product images and documentation
- Configure inventory management
Step 5: Go live. Once products are uploaded and reviewed, they become visible to buyers on Cellbase. You'll start receiving orders through your dashboard.
Timeline: From application to first listing typically takes 2-4 days, depending on how quickly you complete product uploads.
