How it works
When you place an order, each supplier ships their products directly to you using their preferred carriers and methods. This ensures:
- Products are handled by teams familiar with their requirements
- Temperature-sensitive items receive proper cold chain management
- Shipping costs reflect suppliers' established carrier relationships
- Delivery times match suppliers' normal lead times
Shipping costs: At checkout, you'll see shipping costs for each supplier separately. We pass through exact carrier rates with no markup. Costs depend on:
- Package size and weight
- Your delivery location
- Shipping speed
- Special handling requirements
Multiple suppliers: If you order from several suppliers, you'll receive multiple shipments. Each arrives independently based on that supplier's processing time and chosen carrier.
Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email for each shipment as suppliers dispatch orders. Tracking links connect directly to the carrier's system.
