Ordering through Cellbase follows a straightforward process.
Step 1: Add to cart. Browse products and click "Add to Cart" for items you want to purchase. You can order from multiple suppliers in a single session.
Step 2: Review cart. Click the cart icon to review your selections. You'll see:
- Items grouped by supplier
- Individual shipping costs per supplier
- Total cost including all shipping
Step 3: Checkout. Proceed to checkout and provide:
- Company name and delivery address
- Contact information for delivery coordination
- Purchase order number (if required by your organization)
Step 4: Payment. Select payment method (credit card or bank transfer) and complete payment. You'll receive immediate order confirmation via email.
Step 5: Fulfillment. Each supplier will process their portion of your order independently. You'll receive separate tracking information for each supplier's shipment.
Order tracking: Check order status anytime by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email.
