The Longer BT100-1F Dispensing Peristaltic Pump is a high-precision fluid handling solution designed specifically for laboratory and research environments. This versatile series allows users to program a pre-determined dispensing volume directly via the local display and keypad, ranging from 0.01 mL up to 9.99 litres. With its ability to drive multiple pump heads—including the DG series for up to 4-channel simultaneous operation—it offers an ideal balance of flexibility and performance for complex fluid transfer tasks.
Engineered for automated workflows, the BT100-1F features a programmable copy number (1 to 9999 or unlimited cycles) and adjustable pause times between dispenses, ranging from 0.1 seconds to 99.9 minutes. To ensure maximum accuracy and prevent dripping, a programmable back-suction function is included. Depending on the selected pump head, the system supports flow rates from 2 ml/min up to 600 ml/min, with a speed control resolution of 0.1 RPM for ultra-fine adjustments.
Integration into existing systems is seamless thanks to comprehensive control options, including RS485 communication and external signal inputs (0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, or 0-10kHz). The pump’s robust design is backed by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, making it a reliable choice for industries such as cosmetics, personal care, and general test and validation applications.
