Energy Efficiency in Bioreactor Scale-Up Processes
Scaling up bioreactors for cultivated meat production - from small (1–5 L) to large (1,000+ L) systems - brings energy challenges. Larger volumes require more power for mixing, oxygen transfer,...

Most products require no additional agreements. Cell lines and certain biological materials require a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) on first purchase from each supplier. We handle this digitally - both parties sign online before shipment. Subsequent orders from the same supplier proceed immediately.

Quest Meat water buffalo myosatellite cell lines extend cultivated meat research into alternative bovine species widely used in Asian and dairy markets. These primary muscle stem cells are derived from muscle tissue and are supplied at passage one with full donor documentation. They enable comparative studies of growth, differentiation, and nutritional characteristics specific to myosatellite cell behavior across species.
The myosatellite cells are adherent and maintain viability above seventy percent after cryopreservation. These muscle-specific stem cells have been expanded successfully beyond twenty passages without loss of morphology or differentiation potential. Each vial contains one million viable cells that are certified free from bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma. A complete protocol pack is included, covering thawing, seeding, passaging, and differentiation steps tailored for myosatellite culture.
Quest water buffalo myosatellite cell lines are offered under two licence models. The research licence covers non-commercial research and academic use. The commercial licence permits use in commercial R&D and product development. Both include technical support and access to updated culture information.
These products are intended for research use only. They are not approved for human or diagnostic applications.
