Legal

Most products require no additional agreements. Cell lines and certain biological materials require a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) on first purchase from each supplier. We handle this digitally - both parties sign online before shipment. Subsequent orders from the same supplier proceed immediately.

ABLE 100 mL Disposable Bioreactor is a 100 mL single-use bioreactor vessel designed for scaling up suspension cultures from smaller R&D formats. It provides a reliable bridge between bench-top discovery and pilot-scale production, ensuring consistency in cell health and metabolic profiles.

The vessel incorporates a delta-wing impeller to enhance mixing efficiency at higher volumes without increasing shear. This design promotes efficient oxygen transfer (kLa), critical for maintaining high-density cultures in cultivated meat applications.

Validated with avian fibroblasts, maintaining exponential growth phase for 120 hours with consistent doubling times. Morphological analysis confirmed maintenance of target cell phenotypes through the expansion phase with yields equivalent to traditional glass stir flasks.

Ready-to-use, sterile-packaged liquid handling vessel designed to fit the ABLE 30/100 mL magnetic stir base. Requires no assembly or pre-culture preparation beyond media addition and inoculation.

Suitable for bovine, porcine, and avian cell expansion at R&D and pilot scales.
