ABLE Bioreactor System Controller and Motor is an integrated control unit and motor system designed to power and regulate ABLE magnetic stir bases. This system provides the essential infrastructure for automated, reproducible agitation, eliminating the variability associated with manual speed adjustments in cell ag bioprocessing.
Equipped with a high-torque motor and digital interface for precise RPM management, the controller includes safety features such as automatic restart following power interruptions. Speed-lock functions help maintain protocol integrity during long-term cultures.
Performance tested for continuous operation exceeding 5,000 hours without speed drift. Digital tachometer accuracy is validated to within ±1 RPM across the full operating range, with motor housing sealed to prevent moisture ingress in high-humidity incubator conditions.
Compatible with all ABLE stir bases (5 mL, 30 mL, and 100 mL) and connects via a single heavy-duty cable. Features an intuitive digital display for real-time monitoring of stirring parameters to support data-driven process development.
