We handle this digitally - both parties sign online before shipment. Subsequent orders from the same supplier proceed immediately.

The Alicat MC Series Mass Flow Controller is the gold standard for high-speed, high-precision gas management. Engineered with laminar differential pressure technology, the MC series delivers an industry-leading control response time of just 10 milliseconds. This makes it an ideal solution for applications where process stability is critical, such as burner control, gas mixing, and thin-film deposition. Unlike thermal controllers, the MC series requires no warm-up time and remains accurate even under fluctuating line pressures.

Every MC series unit is equipped with a high-contrast integrated display that provides simultaneous real-time data for mass flow, volumetric flow, absolute pressure, and gas temperature. With over 98 pre-loaded gas calibrations accessible via the on-screen menu, users can switch between different gas types in seconds without the need for recalibration or K-factors. The device also features a flexible "COMPOSER" gas mixing firmware, allowing for the creation of up to 20 custom gas blends with extreme accuracy.

Designed for seamless laboratory and industrial integration, the MC series offers a wide array of communication options including RS-232, RS-485, Modbus-RTU, and analog signals (0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA). Its robust stainless steel construction and NIST-traceable calibration ensure long-term reliability in demanding environments. Whether you are managing low-flow laboratory experiments or high-capacity industrial processes, the Alicat MC series provides the versatility and speed required for modern gas flow control.

For research and industrial use. NIST-traceable calibration certificate included with every unit.
