Most products require no additional agreements. Cell lines and certain biological materials require a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) on first purchase from each supplier. We handle this digitally - both parties sign online before shipment. Subsequent orders from the same supplier proceed immediately.

The Axo A3 Bioprinting System is a powerful, high-precision biofabrication platform designed for researchers in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. This modular 3-axis system serves as the pinnacle of bioprinting technology, capable of creating complex cell scaffolds and solid models using biocompatible polymers, bioinks, and cell suspensions. It features a versatile socket that supports up to three independent printheads—including heated, pneumatic, and cooled printhead options—each with individual temperature control ranging from 3°C to 265°C to accommodate both soft tissue and bone manufacturing.

This system integrates Melt Electrowriting (MEW) technology, enabling the creation of micro- and nano-fibers at a submicron level through high-voltage precision (0 kV-15 kV DC). For environmental and material control, the A3 includes a modular cooled printbed compatible with various formats—including petri dishes and well plates—supported by a liquid-based cooling system that can reach temperatures as low as -10°C for sensitive materials like GelMA and Collagen. Photocuring is managed via dedicated UV-LED curing toolheads (365nm and 405nm) or UV-Laser (405 nm) toolheads, ensuring optimal crosslinking for a variety of photoinitiators.

Operations are streamlined through the AxoSuite Controlling Software, a unified platform that combines design, slicing, and real-time process monitoring. The software features a unique "Protocols" tool, allowing users to save material profiles, temperature settings, and printhead configurations to ensure experimental reproducibility across multi-user facilities. Each system includes a Bioink Starter Kit, UV Curing Kit, and Scaffold Starter Kit, along with online installation and training to ensure seamless integration. Safety is prioritized with a built-in 0.22 mm filter system to prevent biomaterial contamination and an embedded precise calibration system for reliable, high-resolution results.

For research use only. Not for human clinical or diagnostic applications.
