Legal

Most products require no additional agreements. Cell lines and certain biological materials require a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) on first purchase from each supplier. We handle this digitally - both parties sign online before shipment. Subsequent orders from the same supplier proceed immediately.

The Alvetex® Advanced Starter Kit (ADV-KIT-1) provides a reliable synthetic platform for researchers exploring the effects of vertical positioning on 3D tissue maturation. This kit features 15 mm modular inserts designed for use with interchangeable handles, offering the consistency and traceability required for air-liquid interface (ALI) studies and nutrient gradient analysis in cultivated meat R&D.

The system is specifically engineered for height-adjustable 3D culture, allowing the 200 µm thick polystyrene scaffold to be positioned at alternative levels within the bespoke deep-well plates. This flexibility is adherent-compatible and validated for applications where oxygenation and nutrient supply must be precisely modulated, such as the formation of epithelial barriers or stratified connective tissues. The scaffolds maintain stable doubling times and physiologically relevant morphology, providing a strong foundation for advanced tissue bioengineering.

Supplied with a full documentation pack, this kit includes assembly guides, morphology images, and standardised protocols for height-adjusted seeding. Access to technical support and verified procedures is included with each purchase to ensure reproducible results during the transition from basic 3D culture to sophisticated tissue-level bioengineering.

These products are for research and development use only. They are not intended for human or diagnostic applications.
