Alvetex® Well Insert Holders and Deep Petri Dishes provide a reliable labware solution for large-volume 3D cell culture and co-culture research. The system allows for the suspension of Alvetex inserts in a deep-vessel format, providing an increased volume of media to sustain high-density cultures for longer periods without intervention. They maintain stable growth and physiologically relevant environments, providing a strong foundation for complex tissue engineering.
The holder is designed to fit standard 10 cm deep Petri dishes and is validated for use with 6, 12, and 24-well Alvetex inserts. This format is particularly suitable for studies requiring significant nutrient reservoirs or for researchers developing thick connective tissue layers where metabolic demands are high. Each component is manufactured from high-quality polystyrene and has been tested for compatibility with standard imaging and analytical techniques.
