Alvetex® Scaffold 96 well plates provide a reliable synthetic scaffold source for high-throughput cultivated meat research and screening. Comprised of a black plate with a clear plastic base, the Alvetex Scaffold is heat-welded to the bottom of each well to ensure stability during high-volume testing. These plates maintain the same 200 µm thickness and 36–40 µm pore size as larger formats, providing a strong foundation for empirical testing of media and growth factors.
All lines are compatible with standard cell viability assays and automated cell counting techniques. The 96 well format allows for rapid data collection while ensuring cells reside in the top portion of the scaffold for maximum nutrient exposure. Each plate is certified negative for bacteria and fungi, providing the biosecurity required for sensitive bioprocess development.
The 96 well plates are supplied with a full documentation pack including morphology images and recommended protocols for high-throughput 3D culture. Access to technical support is included to assist with assay integration and scale-down model validation.
