The BC-EVALKIT provides a convenient solution to communicate with and power Basis devices. This comprehensive evaluation platform includes a short adapter cable transitioning from a 6-pin JST GH connector to a female 9-pin D-Sub connector, alongside a main power and communication cable featuring a male 9-pin D-Sub connector that splits into two 6 ft leads.
For data transfer, the primary lead is a USB cable designed for seamless communication with a PC or laptop, featuring an integrated RS-232 converter to ensure proper matching with your Basis device. For device power, the secondary lead connects to a universal variable power supply that accepts 100–240 Vac at 50–60 Hz and delivers 24 Vdc at 1.0 A. It connects via a barrel-type power jack and includes four interchangeable prong configurations for global power outlet compatibility.
