Met behulp van gepatenteerde 3D-printtechnologie beschikken deze bioreactoren over gepatenteerde polymeervaten die op aanvraag kunnen worden vervaardigd, wat een flexibel alternatief biedt voor traditionele glazen of roestvrijstalen infrastructuur.

Het systeem is zeer veelzijdig en kan werken in Stirred Tank, Airlift of Perfusion-modi om aan specifieke celtypen en protocollen te voldoen. Het ondersteunt een breed volumetrisch bereik—van 250 mL benchtop-units voor R&D tot 2.000 L vaten voor pilot-scale productie—waardoor gebruikers kunnen opschalen met dezelfde architectuur.

Elke unit wordt aangedreven door een geavanceerd Control Station met een touchscreen-interface, geïntegreerde peristaltische pompen en cascadebesturing voor nauwkeurige regulering van pH, opgelost zuurstof (DO) en temperatuur.Het platform onderscheidt zich met geïntegreerde Machine Vision soft sensoren, die real-time, niet-invasieve monitoring van cultuurdynamiek mogelijk maken. Connectiviteitsfuncties omvatten cloudbesturing en scriptbare automatisering, wat externe beheer en complex procesontwerp vergemakkelijkt.

De verwarmings- en koelsystemen zijn standaard inbegrepen, wat zorgt voor nauwkeurige thermische beheersing zonder externe circulatoren.
