KCell RPMI 1640 medium provides a balanced environment for mammalian cells requiring elevated vitamin and amino-acid levels. Originally developed at Roswell Park Memorial Institute, it contains inositol, choline, and reduced glutathione to support metabolic activity. The medium has broad applicability in cultivated-meat and biomedical R&D, particularly for immune, epithelial, or fibroblast cultures.

Manufactured under ISO-13485 and cGMP validation, KCell RPMI 1640 ensures purity and reproducibility. Variants are available with or without L-glutamine and sodium pyruvate, in both powder and liquid form. It supports reliable performance in batch or fed-batch culture systems and provides stable buffering across extended culture durations.
