Most products require no additional agreements. Cell lines and certain biological materials require a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) on first purchase from each supplier. KCell M199 (Medium 199) is a nutrient-rich basal medium designed to support diverse mammalian and avian cell types. Originally developed for embryonic fibroblast culture, it contains additional vitamins, nucleic acid precursors, and metabolic cofactors such as adenosine and hypoxanthine that enhance cell growth and viability. The formulation supports both primary and continuous cell lines and is commonly used in virology, vaccine development, and tissue research.
Manufactured under cGMP and ISO-certified quality systems, KCell M199 delivers consistent composition and reproducibility. It is available in sterile liquid or powder form with optional L-glutamine, phenol red, sodium pyruvate, and bicarbonate buffering. Each lot undergoes quality control for pH, osmolarity, and sterility prior to release.
