The system includes a premium double-walled glass vessel coupled with a high-precision stirring drive and all required connection accessories. To eliminate blind spots and tracking gaps, the package comes standard with latest-technology monitoring sensors for temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), level, and foam detection.
Validated for robust process control across different working capacities, the double-jacketed design enables advanced thermal stability. When paired with an external heating/cooling circulator (such as the IKA HRC basic or control thermostat), the system ensures highly precise, uniform temperature regulation independent of ambient room conditions or metabolic heat generated by the culture itself.
Available in multiple configurations to fit your exact throughput needs, users can select between 0.25 L, 0.5 L, 1 L, 2 L, 5 L, and 10 L vessel volumes. Note that a vessel package must be paired with a separately available control tower (such as the HABITAT Cell control tower) to form a fully functional bioprocessing unit.
