Lucius Labs SC1 Stem Cell Media Kit

The SC1 Media kit is a rich, nutrient-dense cell culture media designed specifically for the growth and robust expansion of pluripotent stem cells in feeder-free conditions. Formulated with serum albumin to provide optimal conditions for cell survival, this high-quality and affordable formulation delivers a high-performing bioprocessing environment. Growth factors, nutrients, and antioxidants have been carefully optimized to ensure a cost-effective solution for stem cell research.

To support restricted feeding protocols and lower operational costs, the stem cell complete media is formulated with heat-stable FGF2. The system offers excellent performance across standard culture configurations and is fully compatible with Geltrex™ and recombinant vitronectin matrices. For convenience and prolonged storage, the complete media can be frozen and thawed.

The SC1 media kit contains an SC1 base and a 10x Protein Supplement to make the media complete. Once combined, the system is ready for use, streamlining daily preparation routines and maintaining exact process parameters.
