It directly addresses the environmental instability and process variation often encountered during early-stage development by providing a highly integrated, reliable cultivation environment. This ensures high cell viability and exceptional batch-to-batch consistency when scaling up mammalian cell lines.
The system includes a premium single-walled glass vessel coupled with a high-precision stirring drive and all required connection accessories. To eliminate blind spots and tracking gaps, the package comes standard with latest-technology monitoring sensors for temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), level, and foam detection.
Validated for robust process control across different working capacities, the single-wall design easily integrates with heating blankets and optional cooling fingers to ensure highly precise temperature regulation independent of room conditions.
Available in multiple configurations to fit your exact throughput needs, users can select between 0.25 L, 0.5 L, 1 L, 2 L, and 5 L vessel volumes. Note that a vessel package must be paired with a separately available control tower (such as the HABITAT Cell control tower) to form a fully functional bioprocessing unit.
